The Governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC, in Rivers State, Kingsley Chinda, has received thumbs-up from a former Militant leader who is now a Traditional Ruler, Alhaji Mujahid Dokubo Asari.
Speaking during a live broadcast on his official Facebook page, Wednesday, October 28, stopped short of endorsing Chinda as his choice for the office of the Governor.

Narrating his relationships with Rivers two Governorship candidates, Dumo Lulu-Briggs of the Nigeria Democratic Congress, NDC, and Chinda, Dokubo described Lulu-Briggs as his friend and brother but disclosed that he had no personal relationship with Chinda.
But Dokubo quickly added that Chinda, even though not an Ijaw man, had helped secure his release on three occasions when he was arrested over his activities as an Ijaw leader.
He, also, revealed that Chinda was legal adviser to the Ijaw Youth Council and provided legal services for free.
The Rivers State Governorship race is seen as a three-way race between three Political Parties – APC, NDC and ADC.
