Scandalous: Former Acting MD Of NDDC Says Akpabio Sacked Her For Refusing To Take Oath Of Secrecy

Akpabio and Gbene Joy Nunieh

By Akinwale Kasali

Former Akwa Ibom State Governor and Minster for the Nigerian Delta Development Commission, NDDC, Senator Godswill Obot Akpabio, Minister for Niger Delta,  is alleged to have sacked  the former  Acting Managing Director of the NDDC for some weird and scandalous reasons.

The former Acting Managing Director, Dr. Gbene Joy Nunieh, revealed that she was sacked for refusing to swear to a secret oath .

An angry Nunieh, speaking for the first time since her unceremonious sack alleges that Minister was the architect of her sack.

She accuses Akpabio of deceiving  members of the public with the false reason  for her sack from the office.

Senator Akpabio had alleged that Nunieh’s sack bordered on sharp practices and unverified contracts payment running into Billions of Naira.

But  Nunieh has now denied  the Minister’s allegation, saying that the Minister wanted her to take an oath of Secrecy to perpetrate corrupt practices so as to stop her from spilling the beans.

She called the Minister  a pathological liar.

According to her, Senator Akpabio wanted to compel her to swear to an oath of secrecy and loyalty.

She  further alleged that in one of their peace meetings in Abuja, Senator Akpabio, as part of his conditions,  wanted her to accept the oath of secrecy and loyalty in the presence of other members, adding that she turned down the request as it was against her Christian faith.

She disclosed that her sack was also due to her   blunt refusal to approve unusual payments for his numerous contracts without verification from Akwa Ibom State and his other loyal contractors.

In a media interview, Nunieh challenged Senator Akpabio  Akpabio to tell the media the real reason for which  she was sacked,  stressing that the allegations that she was sacked due to sharp practices in NDDC was unfounded and baseless.

She also disclosed that when she left the saddle as Ag. MD,  she left billions of naira in the coffers of the NDDC.

Nunieh further alleged that the Minister wanted her to divert NDDC funds to sponsor his presidential ambition in 2023, which she bluntly refused.

“The crux of my problem  with Senator Akpabio was simply because of my refusal to take an oath of secrecy and pay his phoney Akwa Ibom contractors.

“My other offence was that I turned down Akpabio’s request to sponsor his 2023 presidential ambition with the common wealth of the people of Niger Delta, meant to carry out developmental projects in the oil-producing, but suffering communities.

“I could not join Akpabio to steal the money of Niger Delta people as I am the highest traditional title holder in Ogoniland in Rivers State, and i could not please Akpabio and offend the Almighty God”, she said.

Nunieh further revealed that, “Akpabio wanted to compel me to swear to an oath of secrecy and loyalty in the presence of other two top NDDC male officials.

“He tried to do that on about three consecutive times and I looked at his face and bluntly told him no, that the God I serve is bigger than his secret oath.

”I refused to join him in his oath of secrecy to cover him by signing fake contract documents.

“He has been running a campaign of calumny to discredit or tarnish my hard earned reputation.

“I serve God and no amount of calumny will do me any harm. Let me use this privilege to tell Nigerians and the Inspector General of Police that from this moment, if any fly perches on my skin and causes any physical damage to my skin and my immediate family members, Senator Godswill should be held responsible.

“I know why I am saying this because Akpabio   is morally unfit to hold any sensitive public office in the country.”

Reacting to the allegations levelled against  him by the sacked  MD, Senator Akpabio, in an interview, said:

”I sacked her because she did not perform up to expectation by paying unverified contracts money running to billions of Naira.

“Majority of the contracts are water hyacinth distilling. Some are without due process. She was bringing embarrassment to the commission, which I am bent on sanitizing through forensic auditing.

“Dr. Joy Nuneih was not sacked because of NYSC certificate forgery as it was peddled in some media. Thank you for calling to confirm your stories before publishing.

“I will forward to you her NYSC certified true copy from the NYSC board to tell you that her sack had no bearing or connection with NYSC, but sharp practices in NDDC”, Akpabio stated.

Jonathan Disowns Purported Speech On Niger Delta, Biafra Agitation; Neither Travelled, Nor Sent A Representative

0

Former Nigerian President, Goodluck Ebele Jonathan has disowned an online statement credited to him concerning the relationship between the South East and the people of the Niger Delta, describing it as a fabricated speech.

The report claimed that the former President spoke on the position of Niger Delta over agitations for Biafra in a speech he presented recently in Texas, United States.

However, a statement signed by his Media Adviser, Mr. Ikechukwu Eze, on Saturday, described the report as false, declaring the former President couldn’t have presented the purported speech because he neither travelled to the United States nor sent anybody to represent him at the unnamed event.

Eze who noted that it was the second time in three years that the former President would be issuing a disclaimer on the purported speech, blamed the development on the effort of some unscrupulous criminals out to tarnish the image of Dr. Jonathan.

He wrote: “Our attention has been drawn to a fake story with the title ‘Why Niger Deltans don’t want to be part of Biafra’ currently circulating online and purported to have been taken from a speech allegedly presented by former President Dr. Goodluck Jonathan at an unnamed event in Texas, United States.

“The story which is being recycled in some online platforms claimed that the former President allegedly spoke on the relationship between the people of the Niger Delta and South East  states while addressing the broader issue of agitation for Biafra.

“We thought we had finally dealt with the issue of this falsehood with our timely and well publicised disclaimer, soon after the supposed speech first surfaced online in 2017. However, it beggars belief that the same jejune and disastrous effort at speech writing, hatched by some yet-to-be-identified shady character, is again being served to the social media public as a fresh dish.

“We want to clearly state, as we did in 2017, that there was no such event involving the former President and that Dr. Goodluck Jonathan will never present such a sloppy and hate-filled speech.

“We note that the false report is the same old statement that was first put out about three years ago by some unscrupulous elements. Now and as then, it began this way: “Former President of Nigeria, Goodluck Ebere Jonathan yesterday delivered a lecture at Texas, United States…”.

“We recall that when the purported speech was first published in 2017, we dismissed it as pure fiction because, unknown to the authors, they made the claim at a time when the former President had neither been to Texas since leaving office in 2015, nor been invited to any speaking engagement in the US State. Our disclaimer which was issued on October 13, 2017 was published then in many newspapers.

“That this odious concoction has not only resurfaced as a new document but continues to spread in May 2020 shows to what a sad extent the fake news and bizarre hoaxes industry is gaining ground in our public space.

“It makes it even more distressing that such a poorly conceived dithyramb and the obvious falsehood around it,  could receive any attention from discerning Nigerians. For instance, this is a speech that was purportedly presented in Texas, United States, but nothing was said about the actual date, venue, organisers and purpose of the event. Does it also make any sense that the former President would be assumed to have travelled to the United States to present a speech, at a time when airports are shut and public gathering banned across the world on account of Covid-19 pandemic?

“We can only reiterate as we did in 2017 that this falsehood serves no purpose other than probably massage the ego of the faceless writer. At a time like this, Nigerians have more important things competing for their attention than waste their data on the hackwork of a fraudulent wannabe speech writer who thinks nothing of the criminal implication of attributing his duplicitous diatribe against a people to former President Dr. Goodluck Ebele Jonathan.”

The Ministry of Aviation has ordered all Agencies and parastatals under it to relocate their headquarters to Abuja within 45 days or face sanctions. This was disclosed by the Minister of Aviation, Hadi Sirika, in the verified twitter account of the Ministry, @fmaviationng.

“Minister of @fmaviationng Sen.@hadisirika has given the @FAAN_Official @NAMANIGERIA @NigerianCAA other, 45 days within which to relocate their corporate Hqrts in Lagos to the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja in line with the Presidential directives given in 2012.”

With this directive, the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN), Nigerian Airspace Management Agency (NAMA), Accident Investigation Bureau (AIB), Nigerian Meteorological Agency (NiMET), are expected to be relocated to Abuja in compliance to a 2014 order, which has since then seen a phased movement by these Agencies.

The Agencies, however, appear to have been footdragging since then.

According to him, this is in conformity with the current economic situation that has resulted in government decision to cut down cost of governance.

“I am directed to remind you of a Presidential directive issued in 2012 requesting all the agencies under the Ministry of Aviation to relocate their corporate headquarters to the Federal Capital Territory ( Abuja ) for efficient and effective coordination and enhanced service delivery and note that eight (8) years after the directive, the agencies are yet to comply”, the statement continued in part.

“Accordingly, considering the current situation and the economic impact worldwide as well as the need to reduce the cost of governance and manage scarce resources in a sustainable way, it has become imperative and further to the honorable Minister’s directive (Copy attached) to request that you facilitate and complete the relocation of your corporate headquarters within the next forty-five (45) days in line with this earlier directive.”

Already many are currently running skeletal services in their Lagos office

By Uche Mbah

The Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria, FAAN, has denied the release of guidelines for international flights into and out of the country, calling on passengers and stakeholders to disregard any information to that effect that did not originate from them.

One Tayo Olu has Saturday released a statement which he claimed emanated from the authority indicating a release of post-Covid 19 guidelines for operations of flights within the 22 Airports in the country, particularly as it involves international flights.

In the wake of COVID 19 Pandemic, international flights were suspended except on special licenses and agreements, like, for example, when Air Peace had to fly to China to bring in equipment for the fight against Coronavirus.

But FAAN, in a release signed by its Chief image-maker, Henrietta Yakubu, disowned the statement saying that the guidelines are “work in progress”.

“The attention of the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria has been drawn to a statement released by a certain Tayo Olu today, May 16, 2020, to the effect that the Federal Government of Nigeria, through FAAN has released a post- COVID 19 travel guideline for air travelers”, the statement read.

“We want to state emphatically that although FAAN is carefully and seriously working on a guideline, the release did not emanate from us as it is still a work in progress.

“Consequently, the Authority will like to enjoin air travelers and the general public to disregard the content of the said release.

“At the appropriate time, FAAN will release the post-Covid 19 travel guidelines via our official communication medium.”

COVID 19: Ogun: Residents Lament After Lockdown Extension

0

By Tosin Olatokunbo

No respites yet for Ogun state residents as the state government has extended the lockdown in the state for another one week as a measure to control the spread of COVID-19.

Some states, Borno, Yobe and others have already suspended the lockdown, allowing religious and other business activities to operate unhindered.

Neighbouring Lagos state has partially relaxed the lock down.

But Governor Dapo Abiodun said the decision, as painful as it’s will further enable the state to flatten the curve of the novel pandemic.

He said the lockdown would be relaxed on Sunday, May 24, blaming poor compliance with safety measures by residents for his decision.

Abiodun said while addressing journalists “In view of the evidence of community transmission and poor compliance with the lockdown measures, we are constrained to extend the lockdown by another week till Sunday 24th of May.”

The current pattern of lockdown with relaxation windows from 7.00 am to 5.00 pm on Monday, Wednesday and Friday continues.’

He said the compliance level among the residents will determine government’s next line of action on the issue.

“We will continue to monitor the level of compliance with the lockdown measures and incidence of community transmission and hopefully, there will be positive developments that will enable us further ease the lockdown at the end of this new lockdown period,” he said.

Recall that the first COVID 19 index case was traced to the state, prompting President Muhammadu Buhari to announce a total lock down of Ogun, Lagos and Abuja, the FCT in March.

Meanwhile, some residents who spoke with the magazine said they expect the government to unwind the lock down soon because of the negative impacts on their daily and economic endevours.

COVID 19: Govs, Oyedepo, CSOs Warn NASS Against Disease Bill

0

By Bayo Bernard

The Speaker of the House of Representatives, Femi Gbajabiamila and his co-travelers appear to be walking solo in their quest to pass the Infectious Disease Bill into law.

Many Nigerians have virulently expressed their dissatisfaction with the speed at which the lawmakers are trying to pass the bill.

The bill has also been rocked with many controversies, including the allegation of bribery against the leadership of the House.

Apart from prominent Nigerians, including political and religious leaders who have kicked against the bill, which has already passed the Second Reading in the House of Representatives, all the 36 state governors in the country have now withdrawn their support for the bill.

If the Speaker and other lawmakers in the lower chambers of the National Assembly have their way, Nigerians will be forced to be vaccinated for any infectious disease against their will.

This must not be allowed to happen, the governors have said, insisting that more consultations are required before the lawmakers go ahead with the passage of the controversial bill.

Gbajabiamila: Plagiarised the Bill From Singapore

The governors expressed their dissatisfaction with the bill in a communiqué signed by the chairman of the Nigerian Governors’ Forum, NGF, Governor Kayode Fayemi of Ekiti state.

The NGF has therefore, set up a three-member committee made up of Governors Aminu Masari of Katsina state, Aminu Tambuwal of Sokoto and Simon Lalong of Plateau to liaise with the leadership of the National Assembly on the issue.

The communiqué said “Following an update from the Governor of Sokoto State and Vice Chairman of the NGF, Aminu Tambuwal, on the proposed Control of Infectious Diseases Bill, 2020 introduced by the House of Representatives, governors raised concern with the lack of consultation with state governments who are at the forefront of the epidemic.

The Forum resolved that the Bill should be stepped down until an appropriate consultative process is held, including a public hearing to gather public opinion and concerns.

In the light of this, the Forum established a committee comprising the governors of Katsina, Sokoto and Plateau to lead a consultative meeting with the leadership of the National Assembly on the proposed Control of Infectious Diseases Bill, 2020.

The NGF secretariat was also mandated to comprehensively review the Bill and its implication on states.”

Apart from the governors, over 40 civil society groups, CSOs have also kicked against the legislation, insisting that it will violate the rights of Nigerians.

In a statement, the CSOs said the bill empowers NCDC to restrict fundamental rights and freedoms of the people.

The CSOS stated that “The Bill empowers the NCDC to restrict fundamental rights and freedoms at will, and abuse constitutionally established institutions and processes, without any form of accountability.

For instance, Section 10 (3) gives the Director-General express powers to use force to enter any premises without a warrant.”

The Coalition of United Political Parties (CUPP), the umbrella bodies of political parties in the country also during the week, alleged that lawmakers had been offered $10million to pass the Bill.

Bishop David Oyedepo of Winners Chapel said the lawmakers are trying to force the bill on Nigerians against their will.

He said their evil gang up will fail.

Oyedepo said “You must take a vaccine! Why will you force me to take a vaccine? For what?

“You don’t take vaccines, you don’t go outside the country! How? Where is it coming from?

“Evil scheming of evil men, gang up of agents of the devil, trying to bring a flood of evil upon humanity. And now from the vaccine: autism; from the vaccine: higher mortality rate of deaths.”

Meanwhile, the House of Representatives has faulted the NGF insisting that it will go ahead with the bill and that the governors were mislead to call for its termination.

The Chairman of the House Committee on Media and Public Affairs, Benjamin Kalu, in a statement said the state governors cannot teach the National Assembly how to do their work.

The Infectious Disease Bill, a plagiarised version of Singapore was sponsored by Speaker Gbajabiamila.

Gas Masterplan: FG To Phase Out Kerosene, Make Gas Available For Cars

0

By Fola James

The Minister of state for Petroleum Resources Timipre Silva said the Buhari administration has rolled out plans to  make cooking gas affordable for all Nigerians.

The minister who disclosed this in Abuja, the nation’s capital also said the federal government has also directed the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation, NNPC and other oil marketers to begin the installation of Compressed Natural Gas pumps at filling stations, so that Nigerians can begin to use CNG, rather than petrol to power their vehicles.

As part of the gas-for-all plan, the federal government has developed a process where gas cylinders will be rented out to Nigerians at affordable rates, for those who can afford to purchase the commodity.

The market price of a 12. 5 kg NNPC branded cylinder is between N15, 000 and N20,000, while the tokunbo or foreign used is slightly below that price.

The high cost of the product has taken it beyond the reach of many Nigerians who have turned to kerosene, which in most cases, is also very scarce, for their cooking.

In the new LPG policy,  the minister said the government will set up 32,000 micro distribution centres for cooking gas across the country, which would see the engagement of 5,000 workers.

He explained that the Buhari administration was seriously pushing for the use of the CNG in cars instead of the continued use of petrol.

These are part of the overall plan to totally deregulate the down-stream oil sector.

Timipre Silva, Minister of Petroleum
Silva: We Are Deepening Cooking Gas Penetration

According to Silva, government will try to deepen the penetration of cooking gas among Nigerians by making it affordable.

He said“Today the reason why people cannot really use gas or why the penetration is low is because the initial capital outlay in using gas is quite high to the ordinary man.

So what we are doing is to try and see how people can have access without necessarily investing all that money upfront.”

He said the government is in the process of facing out kerosene for domestic or commercial cooking.

“With this we believe that gas will now begin to compete with other cooking fuels, because today the advantage that kerosene has over gas is that if you don’t have the money to buy a litre of kerosene, you can buy a bottle or half a bottle.

“But when we roll out this programme, gas will become more affordable and we believe that a lot more people will use gas,” the minister said.

Meanwhile, analysts say they are worried that the policy, laudable as it is may end up not achieving the real target.

NPFL At 30: Still A Long Walk Ahead

0
Nigeria Professional Football League

By Akinwale Kasali

On Tuesday May 12, 2020, the Nigeria Professional Football League, NPFL, celebrated its third decade in existence.

Without any fanfare, such that heralded the first North American Soccer League (NASL) in 1969 and the J-League of Japan in 1993, professional league kicked off in Nigeria on May 12th, 1990

The pioneer clubs of the league were the now-defunct Lagos ACB, BCC Lions, Bendel Insurance, Bendel United (now defunct), and Enyimba FC.

Others were the Highlanders of Jos, Iwuanyanwu Nationale, (now Heartland FC) JIB, Kano Pillars, Obanta United (later VIP), Ranchers, Enugu Rangers, and Stationery Stores.

It would be recalled that the first professional league match played in Nigeria was between the Super Stationary Stores of Lagos and Iwuanyanwu Nationale, now Heartland of Owerri at the Onikan stadium in Lagos.

The match ended 2-1 in favour of the Owerri based club which later went on to claim the first Nigeria Professional Football League title after having a brilliant season.

The Nigeria Football League was the destination for great African players to showcase their craft, and team up with the best players in the continent.

The Nigeria league by then was regarded as the best league in Africa. And the Green Eagles, has the national team was called then, shone like a million Stars in continental and international competitions regardless of the age bracket, due to the structure and strength of the league.

Ex- Internationals, domestic Coaches, Club administrators and State Governments inclusive, heaped praises on the development of the Nigerian Football League, making it 30 years the Nigerian Soccer Elite Division came into being.

Sadly, the glorious days of one of the acclaimed best leagues in the world are over.

Between 1988-1990, the England Football Association and Administrators came to Nigeria to have a meeting with the then Nigeria Football Association, NFA, to understudy Nigeria Football and its Association on how they have been able to develop their football which became the destination for most African players plying their trade back then.

England Football then was stereotyped ‘Kick and Follow’ Football, and they needed to learn the Samba style of Brazil, which Nigeria was used to as its own playing style back then.

What the England Football Association learnt from Nigeria was Injected into their League, which saw Nigerians moving in droves to the Queen’s country to sign professional football contracts, neglecting their indigenous league.

Years down the line, the Barclays English Premier League has become the cynosure of all eyes as it has metamorphosed into a money-spinning business, with the League becoming a Mecca of sort for footballers around the world.

Like a pack of cards, the Nigerian League has seen an astronomical slide in development, administration, quality, structure and lost it’s relevance in the comity of leagues in Africa not to talk of the world.

Its decline has seen the Nigerian League rated lowly behind the Egyptian League, Tunisian Ligue 1, Morocco Botola League, the South African Premier Soccer League, Algerian League, Zambian League and the Democratic Republic of Congo League.

Most of the Clubs in the NPFL are owned by State Governments, limiting their freedom to operate as an entity, but a Government parastatals controlled by Civil Service and Civil Servants, who know little or nothing about football administration.

Nigerian clubsides have failed to hoist the country’s flag at Continental Club competitions, as they are booted out at Preliminaries or Group stages.

The best achieved by a Nigerian Clubside was the feats achieved by Enyimba of Aba in 2003 and 2004, winning the CAF Champions League, courtesy of the support enjoyed from the then State Governor of Abia State, Senator Orji Uzor Kalu.

The nonpayment of Players salaries, sign on fees, allowances, welfare and their likes further make the NPFL nothing to write home about.

The league has been subjected to ridicule, with players been denied their wages.

The referees are not left out, leading to match fixing, irregularities, sentiments and it likes.

Unfortunately, after over 30 years of existence, the much expected progress is yet to be seen as the little achievements recorded are said to be overshadowed by teething problems which ought to have been things of the past.

Without doubt, despite the myriad of problems, the league is not only afloat but it has produced renowned league administrators, seasoned referees, quality players and formidable clubs like Enyimba that have made impact in the continent.

However, football stakeholders desirous of changes have continued to express disappointment at the failure of the domestic league to compete favourably with leagues in other climes despite available opportunities.

The call for the present Nigeria Football Federation, NFF, officials and the NPFL officials to map out strategies and roadmap to curb, curtail and eradicate these anomalies bedeviling our Football League, thereby, putting  round pegs in  round holes.

Stakeholders are hugely disappointed that after so many years, the league is still dominated by government clubs as the environment is still not conducive for privately owned clubs to thrive.

In addition, sloppy marketing of the league, players’ remuneration, insurance, infrastructure, officiating, medical and insecurity at match venues are said to be anything but professional.

Unlike the South African League which enjoys prominence and commercial value for being on satellite television, the NPFL has not been on television since the departure of Supersport, making the league not marketable to Nigerians.

No doubt, 30 years are no joke, and the issues affecting the league are yet to abate, rather they are increasing by the day.

It is basically still a long walk ahead, but things could gradually turn around  if the NPFL and NFF members form a synergy in restructuring the league to be marketable. firstly, among Nigerians, so that every soccer enthusiast of the leagues can sit back home and watch local matches on screens just like European leagues.

Discharged on Friday, 24 hours after his father was discharged from the COVID-19 Isolation Center at the University of Abuja Teaching Hospital, Gwagwalada, Raymond Dokpesi Jnr. does not quite know what took him to the Centre.

“They said I had Coronavirus, but nobody gave me any result from any test I undertook. I saw none. I got none. And,  I felt nothing”.

Dokpesi Jnr., who is the Chairman of DAAR Plc was at the Isolation centre for 21 days.

His father, High Chief  Alegho Raymond Dokpesi, and other family members joined him a few days after he was taken-in, but was discharged 24 hours before him. Two of his children have also been discharged, but his wife and a couple of other family members remain at the Isolation centre.

On discharge, his father had doubted what his problem was, revealing that all the medications he was treated with were for Malaria. He also revealed that the laboratory and hospital tests undertaken by those, later said to be COVID-19 positive, showed that they only had a large dose of Malaria parasites in their blood.

Now, his son, on discharge, has added a new twist by saying that after 21 days  in isolation, he neither saw, nor got the result of any test performed on him.

Breaking: Visitation Panel Says IMSU Is Rotten; Calls For Forensic Audit

Governor of Imo State, Senator Hope Uzodimma (left) receiving report documents from Prof. Chinedu Nebo, Chairman of IMSU Visitation Panel at Sam Mbakwe Exco Chamber, Government House.

By Charles Igbo

Members of the Visitation Panel set up by the Imo State Government to look at the Imo State University, had only one word to describe the state of affairs in the institution: Rotten.

They, therefore, recommended sweeping changes in the University if it must be competitive.

The Panel, headed by a former Vice Chancellor of the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, who was also a former Minister for Power, Professor Chinedu Nebo, was set up by former Governor Emeka Ihedioha, but was retained and encouraged by Governor Hope Uzodinma, to continue with the assignment for which  it was set up.

Submitting the Executive Summary of the report to Uzodinma on Friday, at the Government House, Owerri,  the Chairman, Professor Nebo, accompanied by ten other members,  said the University was bedevilled by several anomalies, including age falsification. The Panel said there were also the  need for ICT complaint personnel, especially  by the Principal officers, digitisation of the institution, succession based on academic excellence, and passion to deliver rather than being  parasitic to the school, implementation of summary petitions, shortfalls in school fees collected from students, mismanagement of the Bursary department, coupled with unchecked loss of Internally Generated Revenue, IGR, lack of knowledge of the exact number of the students, and over-bloated salaries of some workers.

Expressing satisfaction with the work done by the Panel, Governor    Uzodimma said he was full of joy that the team did not fail to look into critical areas expected of them in a bid to find ways to check corruption and maladministration bedeviling the University.

Governor Uzodimma, who pledged to personally look at the report assured that all recommendations that will better the institution, the expectation of Imo people from the University and humanity in general,  will be implemented.

He also  re-assured that the expectations of the Panel will not be disappointed.

Uzodinma:“It is either IMSU becomes a University or never. I promise to apply and exhaust all extant rules to reposition the tertiary institution for academic excellence and to bequeath same to our people.”
