Police Force Headquarters Declare 6 Wanted In Anambra State

The Force Headquarters has launched a manhunt for six Anambra State residents over alleged offences bordering on cyber stalking, criminal conspiracy, defamation, as well as conducts with the potential of undermining and breaching public peace.

 

In a Special Police Gazette Bulletin issued by the Office of the Deputy Commissioner of Police in-charge of Monitoring Unit, the Force authorities urged members of the public to volunteer credible intelligence that  could lead to the arrest and prosecution of the wanted persons. 

 

The suspects as listed in the police special bulletin are Emmanuel C Osinem, Chibuike Kingsley Okoye, Obiechine Patrick Agu, Emmanuel Ikechukwu Agu, Obiora Samuel Onya and Ikechukwu Emeka Onyia, popular as  “Movement.”

According to the Police, the suspects who all hail from Isiakpu community, Nise in Awka South Local Council of Anambra State are wanted for their involvement in a series of criminal activities bordering on  conspiracy to commit felony,  defamation, criminal trespass, incitement, and conducts likely to cause breach of public peace.

 

Although the Police  did not give details of the offences committed, they called on anyone with useful information on the whereabouts of any of the wanted persons to report to the nearest Police formation or contact telephone number ( 08038486278) .

 

This is as the Police Authorities assured that all information received, including the identity of informants, will be treated with utmost confidentiality.
