Osun APC Applauds Gov. Adeleke For Leading President Tinubu’s Reelection Campaign

The Osun State chapter of the All Progressives Congress APC has applauded Governor Ademola Adeleke for his resolve to work for the victory of President Bola Tinubu during next year’s general election.

In what looks like change of mind, the party promised to team up with the governor to ensure thr victory.

Rising from a meeting of the state working committee of the party, it was resolved among other things, that the state APC would work with Governor Adeleke in order to return President Tinubu in the election.

In a resolution, signed by tge state APC chairman, Tajudeen Lawal, it reiterated its commitment and superlative involvement towards the re-election of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in the forthcoming 16th January, 2027 presidential election.

To this extent, the leadership of the party in the state has successfully mapped out various activities that would conveniently result in the realisation of the set objective of returning the APC presidential candidate in the election.

The party added “All hands are on deck at the various administrative levels of the party in the state where assigned roles by the stakeholders are being carried out for the re-election of the President.

“The leadership of the APC in the state appreciated the resolve of Governor Adeleke to work for the re-election of President Tinubu in the forthcoming presidential election, enjoining him to do everything necessary in order to incorporate all the necessary stakeholders including the APC leaders and members in the interest of a desired goal.

“It was resolved that the state chapter of the APC should work resolutely and vigorously for the return of President Tinubu as the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria on the platform of the APC.

“It was also resolved that the Osun State chapter of the APC should continue to work and mobilise the electorate for all the candidates of the party for the National Assembly and the state House of Assembly in the forthcoming elections.”

Part of the resolutions at the meeting was that the APC should set up a campaign council saddled with the campaign for the National Assembly and the House of Assembly candidates of the APC.

It was also resolved at the meeting that the party structures at all the levels should be used to drive all the party activities for all the upcoming elections.

The meeting appreciated the efforts of all the revered  leaders of the APC in the state in their activities to resolve the logjam within the party in the overall interest of the plight of the party.
