The Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority, NCAA, has issued a statement ordering international Airlines operating within the Nigerian Airspace to issue Health Declaration forms to passengers including Crew members before arriving Nigerian ports.

A director of Portshealth recently complained of non compliance of Airlines to the directive, noting that in ships, they travel for weeks, which is more than the two week incubation period of the disease. She did not take into consideration those picked along the trip.
