There is a possibility that Juju Maestro, Wasiu Ayinde Marshal, KWAM 1 could face prosecution  following his unruly behavior at the local wing of the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja, while trying to board a ValueJet aircraft to Lagos on Tuesday, August 5, 2025. This resulted in sanctions against the Ailine’s Pilots, whose licenses have been temporarily suspended, and the placing of the Musician on a-no-flight list for six months.

But in addition, and to show the seriousness of Kwam 1’s breach, which among others, included standing in front of the Aircraft to stop it from moving, the Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority, NCAA, has petitioned the Attorney-General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, as well as the Inspector General of Police,  requesting the arrest and prosecution of Kwam 1.
