The hardworking and suave speaking chief executive officer of the forward moving bank has never left anyone in doubt how much he loved his wife and mother of his beautiful children.
On this very occasion, he left all the demands of consolidating his achievements of building one of the top ten banks in the country to celebrate his likable wife.
Even though her birthday is marked every year, this particular one was very different in the sense that it was her golden jubilee.
Uche, has no doubt, weathered the storms with Nnamdi, standing by him, all through thick and thin, so in his heart nothing is too much to give to this caring mother who has remained a loyal soul-mate for more than two decades.
In his testimony at the a list event graced by other bank chief executives of banks and the crème of the business community, Okonkwo disclosed that his relationship with his wife is like the thespian old wine that keeps on getting better every day.
Every minute he spent with Uche, he said, further proves that they are destined for each other and that God brought them together as husband and wife for a purpose.
The Fidelity Bank boss has no doubt brought to bear his ability to turn anything put under his care to gold. What more to prove this, than Fidelity Bank which, under him has experienced massive turn around within a short period of time.
For just five years that he superintended the affairs of the bank, the Anambra born financial guru has proved that nothing is impossible as long as you set your mind to it.
But steering the ship of Fidelity Bank would not have been easy if the home front is hell.
All over the world, people are regaled with stories of leaders of blue chip companies who have lost their home due to office pressure.
The case, is however, different for the Okonkwos who have shown that home and office can be used for, and to the benefit of the family.
With the help, love and understanding of his adorable wife, Nnamdi has been able to balance the home-front with work-front demand without any of the two suffering.

Singing a love song for her in the presence of a captivated audience, which included Governor Dapo Abiodun of Ogun state and other public and business leaders in the country, at the Harbour Point, Victoria Island, Lagos, is to further prove his undying and sincere love for the wife of his youth.
That come rain or shine she’s number one on Nnamdi’s priority list.
