Otunba Subomi Balogun, the founder of First City Monument Bank, FCMB, Otunba Subomi Balogun , is dead.
According reports received by The Source magazine, Subomi, an Ijebuland high chief died in a London hospital on Friday morning.
Balogun who was the chairman of First City Monument Bank (FCMB) celebrated his 89th year birthday on 9th March 2023.
His son Ladi Balogun has since taken over the bank as Chairman, Board of Direcror of the Group..
Balogun was a Nigerian Billionaire banker and philanthropist.
He died at the age of 89.
Family sources who spoke with the magazine on Friday said burial arrangements will be announced soon.
