Controversial former Minister for Aviation, Femi Fani Kayode has once dropped another bombshell, slamming a proposed Bill on Ban of Generators in Nigeria by Senator Bima Enagi, labelling a crazy and insane idea and bill.
The bill, which passed its first reading on Wednesday March 11th, at the Senate Plenary, was queried by Fani Kayode.
Taking to his Twitter handle to react to the bill, Fani Kayode wrote; “Senator that sponsored the Bill to ban generators in Nigeria & send those that sell or use them to jail must be insane. He ought to be tied up, placed in a straight jacket, put in a strong sack filled with weights &dropped in the deepest & darkest part of the Atlantic ocean”.
The Director General of the former President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan and Namadi Sambo Campaign Organization in 2015, added that with epileptic power supply in the nation that has affected Nigerians and their businesses, and can only generate power through alternative means through generators.
For a Senator to now propose such bill shows that it’s an insane and crazy idea.
Few weeks ago, Fani Kayode slammed the Miyetti Allah Cattles Breeders Association, MACBAN, calling for their inclusion into the South West Security outfit, Amotekun.
His Statements generated controversy, but as ever, he remained resolute standing on his words.
