Less than a month to the November 6 governorship election, Dr Nkem Okeke, Deputy Governor of Anambra State under Governor Wilie Obiano, has decamped to the All Progressives Congress Party, APC.
Okeke dumped the All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA, his former party, in search of better deals as reports indicate he was not in the best of terms with his boss.
Okeke was presented to President Muhammadu Buhari Wednesday at Aso Villa by the Imo state Governor, Hope Uzodinma, and Mai Mala Buni, Chairman of APC National Caretaker Committee, and Governor of Yobe state.
With this, APGA continues to suffer political hemorrhage, even though it is the ruling party in the state.
