Senator Ifeanyi Uba has failed in his bid to reverse his sack as a senator of the federal republic of Nigeria.
A federal high court in Abuja, presided over by Justice Bello Kawu had ealier sacked the senatorial candidate of the Young Peoples Party in the February 23, 2019 over forged NECO certificate.
Senator Uba approched the same court to set the judgment aside.
But earlier today Justice Kawu reaffirmed the judgment that sacked Senator Uba.
Justice Kawu has now directed the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC to withdraw the certificate of return issued to Ubah and issue a fresh one Dr. Obinna Uzoh of the Peoples Democratic Party, who placed second in the election.
