Boris Johnson, British Prime Minister, has tested positive for the Coronavirus disease.
He thus becomes the second high profile victim of the disease in Britain. The first victim was the Prince Wales, Prince Charles.
A statement released from Downing Street, Friday morning, said the Prime Minister “was tested for Coronavirus on the personal advice of England’s Chief Medical Officer, Prof. Chris Whitty”
The statement added the Prime Minister has mild symptoms of the disease, and will self – isolate at Drowning street.
Johnson will still be in charge of government affairs.
