The Supreme court has sacked David Lyon, Bayelsa state governor elect and candidate of the APC in last year governorship election.
The Apex court has now ordered the INEC to withdraw the certificate of return issued to him and issue a fresh one to the candidate of the PDP, who scored the next highest votes in the election.
