For the third time within two months, President Muhammadu Buhari will address the Nation on the state of the Coronavirus.
During his first and second addresses, he locked down the FCT and both Lagos and Ogun States to stem the spread.
However, the pain of the lockdown has been so bad that not only has the security situation worsened, because of hunger, civil unrest looms. And COVID-19 has been spreading rapidly.
Last week, the 36 governors of the Federation, at a teleconference meeting, agreed to tell the President to lockdown interstate borders.
A statement signed by Presidential spokesman, Femi Adesina, enjoins
Television, Radio and other electronic media stations to hook up to the network services of the Nigerian Television Authority (NTA) and Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria (FRCN) respectively for the broadcast.
