May 1st was a date set aside to celebrate workers word-wide, the celebration was not different this year 2018, as workers in Nigeria came out in their numbers to celebrate the workers day.
The President of Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) Mr. Ayuba Wabba and the President of United Labour Congress (ULC) Mr. Joe Ajaero demanded urgent review of minimum wages, and improved worker welfare.
