Opposition Party, the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, is going through crisis as stalwarts of the Party are leaving in droves, putting the future of the Party in  jeopardy.

Governor Peter Mbah of Enugu has announced that he may soon follow the footsteps of other Governors and big wigs in the PDP who have left the Party.

Mbah alongside other leaders in the South-East threatened to defect en mass over unfair treatment by the Party hierarchy.

This was made known by the South East Caucus on Wednesday in Enugu during the Party’s Zonal Executive Committee, ZEC, meeting.

The South East leaders demand that Ude-Okoye be recognized as the National Secretary of the PDP with immediate effect.
