“I received a call that a letter was sent to my own village by the terrorists that the attackers are going to invade on the 29th of this December.”

According to him, the terrorists dropped letters to other communities warning of previous attacks on those communities before they happened and security agencies did nothing to prevent the attacks.

He explained that after receiving the letter from the terrorists, residents called security agencies but nothing was done.
