Reports from  reliable sources within the Aso Rock Villa reveal that there is palpable fear and panic in the Presidency. This stems from the fact that President Muhammadu Buhari’s Chief of Staff,  Alhaji Abba Kyari, has tested positive to  Coronovirus. Kyari is  Buhari’s closest aide.

However, his boss, the President, who also subjected himself to a test, tested negative. One of Buhari’s daughters, as revealed by First Lady, Aisha Buhari, is on self isolation, since his arrival from London, in obedience to the FG’s order that those coming back from Burdened Countries should self-isolate.
There have been fears since Bauchi State Governor, Bala Mohammed , self-isolated,  having had contacts with Mohammed Atiku, son of former Vice President, Abubakar Atiku.
Bala visited the Villa, and had contacts with a number of people, including, allegedly, Kyari, Vice President Prof Yemi Osinbajo, a number of state governors, and other high profile staff in the Presidency.

The First Lady, had , on Monday, called for a shut down of the country. The FG has since literally shut-down the Villa, cancelling all meetings, including the weekly Federal Executive Council Meetings.

Kyari, a close ally and confidant of the President is 80 years.
