Both candidates are praying the apex court to set aside the judgment by the Presidential Election Court, (PEPC) which affirmed the election of President Bola Tinubu.

He said, “Tomorrow, Thursday, has been fixed for the judgment on the appeals brought by Atiku and Peter Obi.”
The apex court had on Monday dismissed the appeal of the Allied People’s Movement (APM), one of three parties challenging the outcome of Nigeria’s Presidential Election in which Bola Tinubu of the APC was declared the winner.
