For the family of Barrister Azubuike Ezeibe, it was joy unlimited when their beloved wife and mother, Mrs Ekeoma Ezeibe, Barrister-at-Law, Chartered Insurance Broker & Managing Director/ CEO, Crystal Trust Insurance Brokers Ltd, was inducted into the Fellowship of the high profile Council of Registered Insurance Brokers.
The ceremony which took place on Monday, April 29, was held at the Raddison Blu Hotel, Ikeja GRA, Lagos.
Mrs Ezeibe’s induction followed her successful dissertation for the Fellowship award of the Nigerian Council of Registered Insurance Brokers. The honour, which is the highest and, gold standard in the Nigerian Insurance Broking arm of the Insurance industry, entitles her to use the designatory letters, FCIB (Fellow Council of Registered Insurance Brokers)
Honoured along with Ezeibe were 16 others, including, the Governor of the State of Osun, His Excellency, Isiaka Adegboyega Oyetola, Barr. (Mrs) Oladunjoye Saidat Olayinka, Lagos State Commissioner for Commerce & Industry, and Alhaji Mohammed Kari, Commissioner for Insurance.
Grounded, and rooted in the Insurance industry, Mrs Ezeibe, (nee Obi), born to Nze na Ozo Cyril Eromnini Obi (of the blessed memory) & Lolo Fanny Chiaka Obi, of the Obi Royal family, Emekuku, Owerri, Imo State, is married to Azubuike, a Lawyer and Consultant, from the Ezeibe Royal Family, Nsulu, Abia State. They are blessed with two lovely children, Ezinwa and Enyidike.
Present at the award ceremony was the creme of key players in the Insurance industry, including Shola Tinubu, FCIB, President/Chairman, Governing Board, NCRIB, Barr (Mrs) Laide Osijo, FCIB, Chairman, Board of Fellows and, Mr Fatai Adegbenro, Executive Secretary/CEO, NCRIB.
Rev. Tunde Lemo, OFR, former Deputy Governor, Central Bank of Nigeria, who was the guest speaker, delivered an inspiring lecture at the ceremony, which theme was ” After Fellowship: What Next?”
For the families whose members were inducted into the high profile Fellowship, it is a good reward for years of hardwork and sacrifice.
And to the new Fellows, a call to more service to the industry and fatherland.
