The order came after the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, NSCDC, released intelligence report of plan by terrorist groups, the Islamic State West Africa Province, ISWAP and Boko Haram, to attacks some states in the North-West, North-Central and South-West, including Lagos, Kaduna, Kogi, Katsina and Zamfara states and the Federal Capital Territory, FCT.

The report has sent jitters to not a few residents who have called on government to take pro-active measures to thwart the threat.
