The Supreme Court friday upheld the election of the Osun governor, Oyetola, the validly elected governor of osun state.
In a majority ruling of five judges to two, the apex court agreed in substance with the Apeal court ruling voiding the ruling of the election tribunal, which gave victory to Adeleke.
