Ahead Of National Assembly Inauguration:  PDP Alleges Plot To Arrest Opposition Lawmakers

0

By Ayodele Oni

The People’s Democratic Party, (PDP) has alleged that there are plots to arrest notable leaders of the party ahead of the inauguration of the 10th National Assembly on Tuesday.

PDP claimed that this is part of the plot to enable the ruling All Progressives Congress, (APC) actualize the zoning arrangement in the leadership of the national assembly.

PDP spokesman, Debo Ologunagba, told Journalists on Saturday, in Abuja that  lawmakers-elect, who are opposed to the preferred candidates of the APC in the race for presiding offices of the Assembly are target of the planned arrest.

Ologunagba, who accused some elements within the APC of being behind the plot, said the move was aimed at intimidating and harassing lawmakers-elect to choose the party’s annointed candidates.

“The PDP notes that the independence of the legislature is a prerequisite for a virile democracy and therefore insists that the members-elect in both houses must be allowed to elect their leadership.”

He noted the provisions of the subsisting Standing Rules of both chambers of the National Assembly, which emphasize the need for the legislators to elect their leadership among themselves on the floor.

“This is the critical ingredient of constitutional democracy, independence of the legislature and principle of Separation of Powers.

“The national assembly is the symbol of the sovereignty of the people in a participatory Democracy.

“The people exercise such sovereignty through the choices made by their elected representatives on the floor of the National Assembly.

“Fundamental to this sovereignty is the choice of the presiding officers of the National Assembly which must not be appropriated by any group of individuals.

“Such will amount to a dethronement of the sovereignty of the people.

“The PDP charges the lawmaker-elect to remain steadfast in their resolve and continue to keep in mind that Nigerians expect them to assert their independence in the election of the Senate President and the Speaker of the House of Representatives.”

The Humiliation Of Emefiele

For a man used to luxury, used to power, who had, for years, been in the corridors of power, mingled with raw power, exercised raw power,   risen to the highest pinnacle in his country’s financial system, seen raw cash,  the manner in which Godwin Emefiele, until the evening of Friday, June 9, 2023, the Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, CBN, was arrested, was humiliating.

Emefiele, suspended, not yet sacked, by President Bola Tinubu was arrested on Saturday, June 10, 2023, while he was in Lagos. With that, the long planned and expected wish to arrest him was finally fulfilled.

On arrest, he was put in handcuffs and driven to the Murtala Mohammed International Airport, local wing, in a very ordinary looking hilux van.

Before he was appointed the CBN Governor in June, 2014, Emefiele was the Group Managing Director of Zenith Bank PlC, one of Nigeria’s biggest financial in the Country.

He was sandwiched in between Security Agents.

His handcuffs were obviously removed when they arrived the tarmac where a private jet waited to whisk him to Abuja.

But what was the need?

Emefiele Arrested By DSS
Godwin Emefiele.

The young Security agent made sure the world saw the handcuffs. He dangled it, perhaps, unconsciously.

A couple of people who watched from afar were in tears at the humiliation. Others were in shock. And others looked on with mouth agape. Life and its irony.

Emefiele looked lost. And weary. And defeated And drained, as he climbed down from the hilux. The colour of his caftan, dull, matched his mood. As he climbed into the aircraft, the swaga was gone.

The questions many asked were: Was the public humiliation necessary? Was the  handcuff necessary? Did he resist arrest? Did he commit murder? Is he not adjudged innocent until proved guilty? Why strip him of his dignity?

Here is a man who, on May 27, 2023, was honoured with the third highest National Award in Nigeria- Commander of the Federal Republic, CFR, by the immediate past President, Muhammadu Buhari. Was the former President unaware of Emefiele’s alleged crimes when he honoured him?

For the records, not a few people think Emefiele was long overdue for sack. In the history of Nigeria, no CBN Governor was publicly and brazenly involved in politics more than Emefiele. Not even his predecessor, Sanusi Lamido Sanusi.

He was so carried away that he actually picked the form to run for the office of the President while he was still CBN Governor. He was, it turned out, a card carrying member of the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC.

When outrage greeted his aspiration, he went to Court to defend his right to run for  President. Emefiele was like a man possessed. Who swore for him? What was he looking for? That was when he ought to have been sacked for desecrating that office. But he was allowed to stay on. Or was it deliberate to make him face this public humiliation?

When he “bloomed” with  raw power, he challenged those against him to a fight. “Come and fight me”, he said. That was in the middle of the suffering of the people over the Naira new design. No money no food. Nothing.

Emefiele took it personal. There was no compassion. It was not his fault, of course. Somebody was beating the drum he was dancing to for him. It was the former President.

Independent (?) as the CBN is, somebody hires and fires  the Board members, including the CBN Governor. Emefiele couldn’t have redesigned the Naira without  President Buhari’s endorsement. But Emefiele was so smitten with, and by ego that he was unable to communicate his situation properly, to let the public know the truth. Even when the powers- that-be in  APC described him as evil and called him other unprintable names, he played deaf and dumb.

President Tinubu, at that time, a Presidential Candidate, said he was the target of the Naira redesign. Yet, Emefiele kept quiet. It was like: Who will touch me?

Now, where are all those who pushed Emefiele into aspiring to the office of the President? Where are those who asked him to redesign the Naira a couple of months to a General Election? Where is Buhari? Who will save Emefiele? Who will speak for him?

What I don’t want to hear is “Eh, it is because he is Igbo.” Not true. He was not discrete, let me not say he was lacking in wisdom, or worse.

However, this treatment should not stop with Emefiele. I don’t know the exact crimes he, allegedly, committed. There are too many speculations. Whatever, there are many others worse than him.

Let the hands of the law be upon them, and let the same treatment given to Emefiele be extended to them. No less.

Emefiele Arrested By DSS

In a twist, the Department of State Services, (DSS) has confirmed that the suspended Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, (CBN), Godwin Emefiele, is now in its custody.

This was made known in a statement in a tweet on the Agency’s Twitter handle, Saturday, after it first denied knowledge of Emefiele’s whereabout.

The statement reads, “The Department of State Services (DSS) hereby confirms that Mr Godwin Emefiele, the suspended Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria is now in its custody for some investigative reasons.

“The public, particularly the Media, is enjoined to apply utmost caution in the reportage and narratives concerning this.”

President Bola Tinubu suspended Emefiele from office with immediate effect  Friday night, June 9, 2023.

Following his suspension, Emefiele was directed to immediately hand over the affairs of his office to the Deputy Governor (Operations Directorate), Adebisi Shonubi who will act as the CBN governor pending the conclusion of the investigation and the reforms.

Unconfirmed reports emerged late on Friday that operatives of the Department of State Services had arrested the suspended CBN governor within an hour of his suspension from office.

But, the spokesman for the DSS, Dr. Peter Afunaya, has now confirmed that the suspended CBN governor is now in its custody.

OPINION – Criminals Are Dissuaded From Crime By Stripping Them Of Anonymity

0

By Dike Ezeakaa

I read Chief Dr. Uche Nworah’s social media post some days ago, titled ‘The Mindless Monday Sit-at-Home Orders In The South-East. Here I lift a portion of that public service piece that fertilizes my thought. Uche Nworah wrote that “It has become a criminal enterprise in the South-East run by different criminal organizations who dwell in camps in the forests from where they launch their attacks. If governments in the South-East are not deploying technology to fight crime as part of their plans, they have not started. It is with drones and other technologies that they can penetrate inside the ungoverned spaces where these criminals hide.”

Uche Nworah is damn correct! Technology to contain crime has advanced faster than crime, yet crime is boldly masquerading all over the South-East. May I itemize some relevant memories:

1. In the mid 90s, I participated in a working tour of the Earth Station of the European Space Agency in Esrange in Kiruna Northern Sweden. Every two hours, reels of imageries would be unrolled from photos taken from the satellites as they orbited the earth. The images were zoomed for us, the Nigerian team when the satellites came round Nigeria. The image resolution then was 10 metres. We could see road side bush burnings clearly. I heard that today, the resolution can pick a person’s face in the street recognisably, any where on earth, with an ultra-sound technology component that picks heartbeats if you are hidden deep in the forest.

2. At the twilight of Willie Obiano’s government in Anambra State, I heard that a team went to Boston Massachusetts on tour of security camera manufacturers. This was the Governor’s next steps in incorporating the camera technology in his then water-tight state security architecture. The architecture as conceived was a three or four-layer scheme beginning from local communities, let’s say Enugwu-Ukwu, where bespoke security cameras would be mounted; let’s say 10 re-locatable cameras that revolve 360 degrees picking sharp motion images day and night from as far as 5 football fields radius and sending the images to receiving stations manned and interpreted by the community vigilantes. The community data would be fed to the municipal network. And the municipal network would feed the State’s. The Anambra airport project, itself also a critical asset, probably contended with this scheme.

3. Criminals of any grade – pickpockets, armed robbers or kidnappers in the forests – operate because they regale in anonymity. States in the South-East individually and collectively should consider dusting up this 3-level community security camera coverage scheme as a matter of emergency and undertake a shared subscription to ESA satellite motion images. The satellite images can be downloaded real-time at the occurrence of any flashpoint crime events. And this will precisely guide ground kinetic responses. Methinks that a combination of these schemes – aerial satellite and camera – will strip the forests, cities and towns of the environment of anonymity. When everyone in town, in the farm or in the forest knows that he is known and is seen, 90% of potential crime will instantly be dissuaded.

4. The response to crime as is currently being done is a bloody, unintelligent dissipation of energy. Crime is having a good run while counter-crime efforts are trudging behind, gasping for breath.

He also invited Bendel Insurance Football Club of Benin Midfielder, Divine Nwachukwu, who has been exceptional.

As expected, Victor of Osimhen, whose 31 goals in all competitions for SSC Napoli this season helped the Italian giants to the semi finals of the UEFA Champions League and to their first Italian Serie A title in 33 years, tops the strikers’ list.

Osimhen who was given a National Honour, Member of the Federal Republic, MFR, by  former President Muhammadu Buhari administration, also, has received a special ball and jersey from world football-ruling body, FIFA for his magnificent season.

The Super Eagles are top of their qualification group with nine points out of four matches, followed by Guinea Bissau’s Wild Dogs who have seven points.

Leone Stars, who gave the Eagles a tough run in Abuja on Day 1 of the qualification series before succumbing 2-1, are on five points. Sao Tome and Principe, who play the Super Eagles on the final day of the series in September, are bottom with only one point.

Nigeria and Sierra Leone clash at the Samuel Kanyon Doe Stadium in Monrovia on Sunday, 18 June, as Sierra Leone do not have any stadium in their country approved for international matches.

A win for the Super Eagles will secure them a place at the AFCON tournament scheduled for January 2024.

Below are the list of invited players;

Though some Football enthusiasts and fans have queries the invitation of Joe Aribo into the team.

Aribo has been frozen out of the first team of the already relegated, Southampton Football Club of England, and hasn’t played any competitive game for the Saints as they are called in the past two months.

So inviting him for the AFCON Qualifiers has generated mixed feelings, but Coach Peseiro has continually said that the invited players merited their places in the team.

DSS Denies Arrest Of Suspended CBN Governor, Emefiele

Godwin Emefiele, CBN Governor
Godwin Emefiele

By Ayodele Oni

It seems the whereabout of the suspended Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, (CBN) Godwin Emefiele, is still shrouded in secret as the Department of State Services, (DSS) disclosed that he is not with them.

Emefiele’s suspension was announced Friday night by the office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, in a statement in Abuja.

DSS made the clarification via the agency’s Twitter handle on Saturday, June 10, 2023.

The post read, “Currently, Emefiele is not with the DSS.”

President Bola Tinubu suspended Emefiele from office with immediate effect on Friday night.

Following his suspension, Emefiele was directed to immediately hand over the affairs of his office to the Deputy Governor (Operations Directorate), who will act as the CBN governor pending the conclusion of the investigation and the reforms.

Unconfirmed reports emerged late on Friday that operatives of the Department of State Services had arrested the suspended CBN governor.

However, spokesman for the DSS,  Dr. Peter Afunaya, insisted that he could not confirm the arrest.

Kano: Battle Of 2 Govs And Godfather

0

Former Governor Abdullahi Ganduje of Kano state was reeling with anger when he visited President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, in Aso Rock, on Friday to express his anger over the decision of his successor to take over properties belonging to him and some former officials of the state government.

The new governor, Abba Yusuf has left no one in doubt that he will have nothing to do with the legacies of his predecessor.

The incumbent had sent a strong signal to Ganduje that it will not be game as usual, following his refusal to sit on a chair used by the former governor, in his first day in office, to the amazement of other government officials present.

Since he took power on May 29, the incumbent has seized government properties said to have been allegedly sold by Ganduje to himself and his cronies in a none transparent manner.

The development has not gone down well with ex-Governor Ganduje who accused the governor and a former governor of the state, Rabiu Kwakwanso of witch-hunting him.

After meeting with President Tinubu on Friday, Ganduje told journalists in a fit of anger that he would have “slapped” Kwakwanso after reporters asked him whether he knew that his predecessor had also come to see the president that day.

“I know that he is in the building, but we did not meet inside. I would have slapped him if I met him inside,” Ganduje said.

The duo was said to have been summoned to Aso Rock by the president to settle their rift, but sources in the Presidency told the magazine that the effort did not yield any result as the former allies have now returned to the trenches.

Not a few have described Ganduje’s comment as very uncouth, adding that prominent people like him are not supposed to speak in such a manner in public, considering the relationship he once shared with Kwakwanso.

Recall that Ganduje was Deputy Governor to Kwakwanso, who according to watchers of the state’s politics ensured that the former succeeded him in 2015, in a bid to strengthen the longtime relationship that blossomed after the former Minister appointed Ganduje as an aide when he was made Minister of Defense under the Obasanjo regime.

But the relationship took a dive after Ganduje swept into office in 2015 and decided to do away with the legacies of his benefactor.

In this quest to undermine Kwakwanso, Ganduje severed himself from the Kwakwasiyya pollical group on which he rode into power headed by his predecessor.

Governor Ganduje further nailed the rift with Kwakwanso after his government deposed Sanusi Lamido Sanusi as the Emir of Kano, an action that did not sit well with the ex-minister.

Some have recently suggested a plan to return the deposed Emir back to the throne, following a comment made by Kwakwanso that his dethronement will be re-visited by the current administration.

Governor Yusuf is a son-in-law to Kwakwanso, a former Minister of Defence, and leader of the New Nigerian Peoples Party NNPP, the party which swept to power in the commercial city after the March Governorship Election.

Ganduje had failed to install his successor, thus paving the way for the NNPP Governor who is now doing all in his powers to totally erode whatever has been done by his predecessor.

The governor took the most drastic action against his predecessor this week after he alongside the state Commissioner of Police led a demolition exercise of a three-story building with 90 shops, located on a race course at the Nasarawa GRA.

Speaking on the demolition yesterday, Ganduje accused Kwakwanso of being behind his problem.

The governor could not have carried out the act, he explained, without approval from the former minister.

“This new government under the directive of Senator Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso demolished the building. The issue is in a court of law,” he lamented.

CBN: Acting Gov, Shonubi To Resume On Monday

0

Following his appointment by President Bola Tinubu on Friday Adebisi Shonubi, the magazine learnt will resume office next week.

Even though his appointment, according to the Presidency took immediate effect after the suspension of Godwin Emefiele from the position, sources in the apex bank said Shonubi will not resume fully until next week Tuesday due to the June 12 Public holiday declared by the federal government.

“The Acting CBN Governor will resume office fully next Tuesday bearing in mind that his appointment was made in the weekend,” one source said tersely on Saturday morning.

Shonubi’s appointment comes on the heel of the suspension of Godwin Emefiele as the CBN boss by President Bola Ahmed Tiunubu.

The embattled apex bank governor is now in the custody of the Department of State Services, DSS, following his arrest on Friday.

A statement by the Office to the Government of the Federation, SGF, said Emefiele is under investigation for allegations bordering on his mismanagement of the CBN.

Shonubi has now taken his position, the federal government said late Friday night in a statement posted on Twitter by Bayo Onanuga, a media aide to the president.

Before his appointment, Shonubi was the Deputy Governor, Operations Directorate of the apex bank

Onanuga said, “Folashodun Adebisi Shonubi is the CBN acting governor. He has been since October 2018, the Deputy Governor, Operations Directorate. He was born on the 7th of March, 1962. He attended the University of Lagos from 1978 to 1983 and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.

“He also represents the CBN on the board of FIRS.”

CBN: The Fall Of Emefiele, His Many Sins

0
Godwin Emefiele

Until his suspension yesterday by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Central Bank Governor, Godwin Emefiele ran the nation’s apex bank like his fiefdom.

Even though a few people who have been watching his trajectory at the CBN said they were not surprised that the axe finally fell on him, his removal by the president, according to this school of thought has finally brought to the end the proverbial years of the locusts in the government-owned bank under his watch.

If his sack was not unexpected, his arrest after the president had removed him from office by the Department of the State Services, DSS, was equally not, considering that the embattled CBN governor has been on the wanted list of the secret police for a long time.

While announcing his suspension on Friday night in a statement, Willie Bassey, Director of Information at the office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, disclosed that his removal took immediate effect.

His suspension, Bassey said is not unconnected to the ongoing investigation of his office and the planned reforms in the economy’s financial sector.

Baasey said, “President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has suspended the Central Bank Governor, Mr Godwin Emefiele, CFR, from office with immediate effect.

“This is a sequel to the ongoing investigation of his office and the planned reforms in the financial sector of the economy.

“Mr Emefiele has been directed to immediately hand over the affairs of his office to the Deputy Governor (Operations Directorate) [Folashodun Adebisi Shonubi], who will act as the Central Bank Governor pending the conclusion of the investigation and the reforms.”

His sins

The embattled CBN governor has been on the wanted list of the DSS since last year over allegations of terrorism financing and economic sabotage.

While the DSS tried to arrest him at a point, they were restrained by a court order which directed that the former CBN governor be left alone because of insufficient evidence to nail him.

But those watching what is going on in the apex bank told the magazine that the ‘fear of former President Muhammadu Buhari’ was the actual reason why the DSS could not arrest him.

“You recall that even after the court ruling the DSS made attempts to arrest him, but they could not do that because of the array of soldiers that were guarding Emefiele. The soldiers were believed to have been dispatched directly from the Chief of Defence Staff, Lucky Irabor. The heavily armed soldiers prevented the DSS from arresting him,” a source said on Saturday.

Naira Design

The call for Emefiele to be arrested became more pronounced after the botched Naira Redesign policy which threw the economy into a cash crunch and serious economic crisis at the beginning of the year.

The policy caused a serious crisis for Nigerians who called for his immediate removal and prosecution for inflicting so much pain on Nigerians.

His enemies had described him as grossly incompetent apart from ruining the apex bank like a politician, following his quest to run for President in 2022.

He further found himself on the wrong side of many Nigerians after he went to court to stop those that criticized him from trying to run for the office while he was the CBN Governor.

He failed.

In the midst of the excruciating pains Nigerians faced under the failed Naira Swap policy, coming at the same time with the scarcity of petrol across the country, Tinubu, then the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC, had said that the policies were targeted at him.

Tinubu said: “Even if they said there is no fuel, we will trek to vote. They have a lot of mischief. They could say there is no fuel. This one, too, they think they can cause a crisis by sabotaging the fuel supply.

“They are sabotaging fuel supply. Whether there is fuel or not, whether there is Okada (motorcycle) or not, whether there is tricycle or not, we will go and vote and we shall win. This is a superior revolution and when I tell you, you know what I mean. You know me, we are going there to win.

“They have been scheming to create a fuel crisis, but forget about it. Relax. I, Asiwaju, have told you that the issue of fuel supply will be permanently addressed.

“Let them increase the price of fuel, only them know where they have hoarded fuel. They hoarded money, they hoarded Naira; we will go and vote and we will win. Even if they change the ink on the Naira notes, whatever their plans, it will come to nought. We are going to win. Those in the PDP will lose.

“I am homeboy, I have come here, you will not be put to shame, we will take over the government from them, the traitors who wanted to contest with us. They have no experience.

“This is a revolution. This election is a revolution. They are plotting, but they will fail. They said fuel price will increase and reach N200 per litre. Go and relax. They don’t want this election to hold, they want to scuttle it.”

Tinubu later won the election and since he came to office on May 29, the call for the removal and prosecution of Emefiele has become more pronounced, particularly among members of his inner circle, who according to a source “are asking for Emefiele’s head”

In his inaugural speech as the President and Commander-in-Chief, Tinubu had hinted that he was jettisoning the Naira Redesign policy, a further pointer, according to many, that he’s not happy with Emefiele.

“Th embattled CBN governor knew that he will not escape prosecution from the new administration, and that’s why he has been doing everything to leave the country,” the source close to the president said.

Recall that rumour had spread last month that former President Buhari had approved a study leave for Emefiele, a development that drew the condemnation of not a few Nigerians who accused the suspended CBN Governor of trying to evade prosecution.

Meanwhile, President Tinubu has appointed Adebisi Shonubi as Acting CBN Governor.

“Arrest El-Rufai Now, He Is Enemy Of Mankind” –  Most Rev. David Onuoha, President, Christian Council Of Nigeria

0
David Onuoha and El-Rufai

By Charles Igbo

The immediate past Governor of Kaduna State, Mallam Nasir El-Rufai, has come under attack by the President of the Christian Council of Nigeria, (CCN), Most Rev. David Onuoha.

In a strongly-worded statement, Onuoha, who is, also, the Anglican Archbishop of the Owerri Ecclesiastical Province/ Bishop, Okigwe South, Imo State, called him an enemy of mankind, and demanded that the pint-sized  former Governor be banned from holding public office.

The Archbishop wondered why neither the Federal Government nor any Security Agency has gone after El-Rufai for the sacrilege he committed by making statements capable of destabilizing the country and confirming the long held view in many quarters that there was more behind the killings of thousands of innocent in Nigeria, especially, in Kaduna.

The revered Archbishop asked for the immediate arrest and interrogation of Mallam El-Rufai over the insecurity in the Country and the rivers of blood flowing in Nigeria.

El-Rufai had, a couple of days ago, while addressing a group in Kaduna, admitted that he had began the islamisation of Nigeria from Kaduna. He said no Christian will ever hold any leadership position in Kaduna State Government. He, also, revealed that the the Muslim-Muslim ticket of the APC at the Federal level was part of the plan to Islamize Nigeria. He, also, derided Christians.

Onuoha noted that considering El-Rufai’s terrifying but significant statement, he has questions to answer for the murder of innocent citizens. Onuoha expressed shock that the former Governor is still walking free since his startling statement.

Said an absolutely shocked Onuoha: “We are worried that ever since, the Security Operatives have allowed this self-confessed enemy of mankind to be roaming around free. A serious-minded Government would have taken him behind bars for crime against humanity.

“He obviously has questions to answer not only for the murder of innocent citizens, but, also, for masterminding the insecurity that has brought this Nation to its knees.”

He urged President Bola Tinubu to distance himself and his Government from El-Rufai’s Muslim Agenda by ensuring that the two top seats at the National Assembly are occupied by Christians.

Onuoha: “If he (El-Rufai) is not saying the mind of this administration on Muslim/Muslim ticket, then the President should deliberately ensure that the leadership of the National Assembly, both the Senate President and the Speaker of the House of Representatives goes to Christians.”

Following is the full text of the statement, personally, signed by the President, Christian Council of Nigeria, Most Rev O.C. David Onuoha, which he titled:

STOP EL-RUFAI AND HIS FELLOW HATERS OF MANKIND NOW!

“The vomit by the immediate past Governor of Kaduna State Malam El-Rufai on how he deliberately wasted the lives of thousands of fellow indigenes of Kaduna state has been trending in the media for some time now.

“We are worried that ever since, the Security Operatives have allowed this self-confessed enemy of mankind to be roaming around free. A serious minded Government would have taken him behind bars for crime against humanity.

“He obviously has questions to answer not only for the murder of innocent citizens, but also for masterminding the insecurity that has brought this nation to its knees.

“If he is not saying the mind of this administration on Muslim/Muslim ticket, then the President should deliberately ensure that the leadership of the National Assembly, both the Senate President and the Speaker of the House of Representatives, goes to Christians.

“Secondly, El-Rufai should be banned from holding public office again since he is all out to use such office or position to promote fundamentalism, bigotry, insurgency, insecurity, and threat to peace and national cohesion.

“The present administration in Nigeria should not turn blind eyes and give deaf ears to danger such careless outbursts by El-Fufai and his co travelers on this inhuman voyage poss to the unity and stability of this nation. It is absolutely necessary to stop him now.”
