Ondo NSCDC Arrests 50 Years Old Man For Defiling Teenage |The Source

Ondo state command of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps(NSCDC) has arrested a 50 years old man, Audulahi Kamarudeen for allegedly defiling a 10 years old school girl.

He was alleged to have had  canal knowledge of the young girl in an uncompleted building at Adelabu street, Danjuma area of Akure, Ondo State.

According to the Command   helmsman, Mr Eweka Edenabu, the Suspect; Audulahi Kamarudeen, a 50 years old man and a driver,  was arrested by NCSDC personnel for defiling a 10 -year old girl on Sunday, 29th November, 2020.

“Further Investigation revealed that the man had  sexually harassed another eight year- old girl some weeks earlier.

“The two victims are with  the NSCDC Anti- Human Trafficking and Irregular Migration Unit,  currently liasing with the Ministry of Women Affairs for  Safe Custody and Protection of the victims.”

He pointed out that Kamarudeen used to come for relaxation in same compound where the children live.

In her statement, the 10 -year old girl explained how the 50years old  Kamarudeen covered her mouth and nose  during the incident.

The two girls have been taken to the Federal Medical Center Annex, Akure for the necessary medical examination and results indicated that there was attempted penetration of 10 years old girl.

The Commandant stated that the  suspect would be charged to Court on completion of investigation.

As the yelutide season approaches,  the security Chief urged parents to oversee and monitor  the activities of their Wards and Children.
