The Nigerian Army has shed light on a former Brigade Commander that is on suspension for alleged offences bordering on Administrative Discrepancies.

Even though the Army did not quite  say what it means by “Adminstrative discrepancies”, the strong speculation out there is that the top officer was involved in, allegedly, stealing of palliatives, like rice, meant for  Army personnel. He was, also, alleged to have made away with a power generator meant for the Army.
