The Management of the Lagos State University, LASU, has swung into action following the Certificate racketeering allegations rocking the School.
The allegation prompted the Lagos State House of Assembly Lawmakers to invite the Vice Chancellor of the University, Professor Ibiyemi Olatunji-Bello, the Senate of the School and the Commissioner for Tertiary Institution, Tolani Akibu.
In reaction, the Management of the University has removed the Dean of Student Affairs, Prof. Tajudeen Olumoko, and appointed a senior lecturer in the Department of Political Science, Dr Abiodun Fatai-Abatan, as the acting Dean of Student Affairs.
