INEC Declares PDP’s Adeleke Winner Of Osun Governorship Election

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has declared Senator Ademola Adeleke of PDP as the winner of Osun 2022 governorship election.

The INEC Returning Officer for Osun 2022, Prof    of University of Lagos declared Adeleke winner on Sunday at the Commission Headquarters in Osogbo.

Adeleke secured 403,371 votes to defeat incumbent Governor, Alhaji Gboyega Oyetola who polled 375,027 votes.

FactualTimes reports that PDP won in 17 local government areas while APC emerged victorious in 13 local government areas.

Final Results as declared by INEC:

A – 4,515

AAC – 2,148

ADP – 10,104

APC – 375,027

APM – 1,222
