Igbo Must Embrace Party At The Centre, Says Uzodimma

Governor Hope Uzodimma of Imo State has reiterated that the Igbo have a lot to gain by belonging to the party that controls the government at the centre, urging his South East brethren not to miss the opportunity.

Speaking in Jos, the Plateau State capital on Tuesday during the flag-off of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Presidential campaign, Governor Uzodimma said that “the centre is key to development, peace and unity,” urged the Igbo to embrace the APC.

He said that the Party has so much in stock for the South East zone from the in coming APC-led federal government.

“What is ahead is enormous and golden than what is being got currently,” the Governor told the sea of heads that attended the APC Presidential flag-off that included large numbers of Igbo community resident in Jos and adjoining states that turned up for the event.

Governor Uzodimma spoke in his capacity as the Chairman, APC Presidential Campaign Council for the South East.
