This is coming after the APC Presidential Candidate, Tinubu, visited former President Olusegun Aremu Obasanjo at the Penthouse of the Olusegun Obasanjo Presidential Library, Oke- Mosan, Abeokuta, the Ogun State capital, in his chopper today, in company with some party leaders. They include: Ogun State Governor,  Dapo Abiodun, former Governor Gbenga Daniel, his predecessor, Segun Osoba, and other Ogun State government functionaries.

The meeting is connected to the ambition of Tinubu in the coming elections.  Obasanjo is alleged to have said at the meeting that people on Social Media have always said that himself and Tinubu are strong enemies, which is not true. He said they are brothers. He wished him well in his ambition to become the President of the country.

It would be recalled that before now, when the duo met was on 2015 when he escorted the then APC candidate, the President Muhammadu Buhari to Obasanjo’s residence.

He was also at the 78th birthday of the former President held at Abeokuta in March, 2015.
