Odion Jude Ighalo, Manchester United’s new acquisition has been left out of the squad that travelled to Spain for a week long training tour.
Ighalo was omitted from the squad as a result of the Coronavirus disease outbreak, which has been at the front but of health discourse around the world, especially in North East Asia, resulting in the death of hundreds of people.
The Spanish Government has been strict with tourists or people coming in from China and other close countries where the Coronavirus disease outbreak has become a major issue.
Ighalo recently made a loan switch from Shanghai Shenhua Football Club in China to the Red Devil’s of Manchester United, England.
Following this development that stopped Ighalo from being part of the players going for the tour, he has been training personally in England, under the guidance of Manchester United physiotherapist, football coaches and fitness trainer.
When the Manchester United team returns from the tour in a few days time, it will engage Chelsea Football Club next weekend when Ighalo will make his debut.
Ighalo is not new to the Barclays English Premier League and English football in general, having played for the Hornets of Watford Football Club.
He was the top scorer in English league in the 2016 calendar.
