President Muhammadu Buhari has reacted to the attack on officials of Borno State Government on their way to Monguno by Boko Haram Insurgents. He says it was sabotage, meaning it was sabotage from within, meaning it must have been planned by those who knew the itinerary of the convoy.

Buhari stressed that the ambush of Governor, Babagana Umar Zulum’s convoy was an orchestrated sabotage against the return of displaced persons to their community.
