The Supreme Court on Monday adjourned judgment on governorship appeals in seven states.
The states are Plateau Sokoto, Bauchi, Adamawa, Imo, Benue, Kano and Plateau.
The Chief Justice of the Federation, Tanko Muhammad who made this pronouncement, said it could not go ahead with the appeal because of the absence of one of the justices in the panel.
There are seven justices in the panel, led by the CJN.
Justice Muhammad has now adjourned the cases to Tuesday, January 14..
