It came as rude shock to the All Progressives Congress, APC, Lagos State family and the entire Onigbongbo Local Council Development Area, when the news of the demise of Francis Babatunde Oke, the Executive Chairman of the LCDA broke.
He had been diagnosed of having Covid-19 Virus and was at the Gbagada Isolation Center before his health deteriorated and was transferred to St. Nicholas Hospital where he finally gave up the ghost this morning Wednesday August 12, 2020.
The death of Oke came just four days after the demise of late Senator Buruji Kashamu, who also died of Covid-19.
Oke becomes the fourth APC Politician to have died in the past eight weeks.
