Nwosu-Iheme,  Nigeria’s first female Judge to earn a Doctorate Degree, was abducted in Benin city on October 30, when she ran into kidnappers  along a bad stretch of road, in the city.

Wearing police uniform, they parked their Hilux, and had kidnapped four people before she ran into them. After smartly saluting her, to which she responded, they rained bullets on her car, instantly killing her Police Orderly of  12 years, Inspector A.I. Momoh, took his AK 47, shattered the Judge’s car back tyres, and made away with her.
