He said that the Federal Government would review the closure of the inter-state borders as soon as flights resume on June 21.
When the PTF disclosed on Monday that Flights would resume on June 21, and insisted on the closure of the inter-state borders, questions were asked how smart that was. The question was: If you allow flights, the aim of inter-state border closure has been defeated.
Inter-state borders have been closed since March to curtail the spread of Coronavirus. But it is debatable how effective it has been.
Motorists routinely violated the closure in connivance with unscrupulous security personnel.
It is an open secret that they bribe their way through the borders.
