Breaking: Court Awards N20billion in Damages To Igboho

In a landmark ruling, an Oyo  State High Court, sitting in Ibadan, Friday, ordered the Federal Government of Nigeria to pay damages to Sunday Adeyemo, also known as Igboho, to the tune of N20billion being specific and general damages sustained by the invasion of his home by Security Agents.

Recall that security agents invaded Igboho’s home in Ibadan in search of weapons at an uncivilised hour, killing two people  and arresting a number of his associates. vicinity.

Igboho’s attempt to flee the country was stopped at the Republic of Benin, where he is being held and tried allegedly at the behest of the Nigerian government.
