Ibadan, Oyo State, has lost another illustrious son, 24 hours after the burial of former Governor, Senator Abiola Ajimobi.
Renowned industrialist, and philanthropist, Chief Bode Akindele has died. Akindele, the Parakoyi of Ibadanland, and the Chairman of Mandandola Group died at the age of 86.
Another Ibadan Chief, Akogun Lekan Alabi, confirmed his passing today.
He was one of Africa’s richest industrialists.
His death is attributed to old age.
