Feelers are that the Supreme Court may have fixed Wednesday October 30 for the hearing of the appeal filed by the Presidential Candidate of the People’s Democratic Party, PDP, Atiku Abubakar, against the incumbent president, Muhammadu Buhari, over the result of the 2019 Presidential election. The Independent National Electoral Commission had declared Buhari Winner of that election.

Reliable sources have indicated that the apex Court has fixed the date, but were silent on the constitution of the Judges who will handle the case.
