APC Run By Criminals, Certificate Forgers – Rhode-Vivor

The Labour Party, LP, governorship candidate in the 2023 election Gbadebo Rhodes- Vivor  has described the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, as the party of criminals and corrupt people.

The former governorship candidate, in the latest tirade against the APC said the party has been attracting the worst people in the society.

Rhode-Vivor spoke while featuring on a radio  programme in Lagos on Thursday, saying the  country cannot move forward when she’s being ruled by ‘the worst’ in the country.

The magazine reports that the APC is in power at both the federal and Lagos government where the LP candidate lost the governorship election almost two years ago to an APC candidate.

He said those currently ruling are promoting corruption, thuggery and other crime, adding that they are albatross for the country, accusing the APC of lacking the ideas to tranform the country for the better.

According to him, “It is visible even to the blind that APC is a party that rewards corruption, thuggery, and impunity. It’s no surprise they attract the worst of us: fake lawyers, and leaders with records of crime, without certificates.

“It explains why they do not campaign on ideas (or even govern with any) but rely on bigotry, violence, and rigging to force their way into office.

“No nation can grow with a party populated by people without character, competence, and empathy.”

Rhodes-Vivor lost the governorship election to Babajide sanwo-Olu of the APC in 2023, according the results declared by the Independent national Electoral Commission, INEC.
